1. Your name.
2. Your book title(s) and cover art.
3. A picture of you.
4. A brief synopsis of your novel.
5. Fill in the blank in a few sentences: "People should read ______ because..."
6. Links to where they can find your novels.
7. A blog (and/or Facebook page) link.
